Season is rolling by! We have more chickens going to the processor next week and we hope to have Chicken Pot Pie back in stock in a few weeks.
As a heads up, we will be posting Fall pork share reservations very soon. Stratton's will be processing 6 pigs in November for our farm. We will be offering halves, whole pigs and custom pork share packages. This is a fantastic opportunity to stock up on bacon and sausage for the winter and your holiday hams and pork tenderloins!
We also want to share that our friends at Reynolds Farm right here in Averill Park will have pasture raised turkey available next Friday. They will be offering their birds for $4.75 per lb and estimate they will weigh between 20-30 lbs. If you would like to reserve a bird, please contact them via messenger on their Facebook page.

This week's protein is chicken quarters and breakfast sausage.
For this week's share, consider making a pesto and some yummy authentic salsa! The pesto would go wonderfully served with your favorite pasta and chicken. The salsa on the side with scrambled eggs and sausage is also an easy and delicious meal.
