This salsa can also be used to make huevo con chile. Add the salsa to a saute pan and warm with a touch of olive oil. Simply beat some eggs and add them to the simmering salsa. Allow the water to cook down and serve with beans, cheese and tortillas for an authentic and delicious Mexican breakfast!
