Cheese from Four Fat Fowl- Award winning "St. Stephen." **We would like to take a moment to apologize for the lack of variety in cheese offerings. Four Fat Fowl is family owned and operated and sadly recently had a significant loss in the family which paused production. They subsequently suffered a production loss after they came back online. They hope to be back online in full force in the coming weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please keep the Four Fat Fowl family in your thoughts and prayers while they move past these challenges.**

These items will be available for pick up shares that pre-ordered with their farm share. They may be added on while supplies last.

Reynolds Family Farm and Groves Farm are providing farm fresh pasture-raised eggs that will also be available for add-on ($5/dozen).

Wondering what to do with your share? Our family enjoys country style ribs more than the pork chops! We usually rub them with our favorite Dinosaur BBQ red rub. Check out a pic out of our personal cook book- the red slashes are paprika and chili powder, not print. Grill low and slow and then topped off with our favorite sauce. We have been loving the Trader Joes Organic Sweet and Spicy Pineapple BBQ.

Pair this with a fresh salad made with cucumber, radishes and fresh lettuce and a homemade dressing with fresh herbs! As for the kohlrabi, prepare these like you would your favorite potato--roasted or mashed.

Four Fat Fowl has shared this incredible recipe for Cranberry Pecan Baked St. Stephen.

Thanks again, and see you soon!
