This year's very last round of chickens just came back from the processor, and we are fully stocked with all-natural, pasture-raised, locally grown goodness!
Visit our store to select from the following:
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (2 pieces, and about 1.5lbs per pack) Lean and Clean. So you can gallop astride your Peloton steed, guilt free, into the sunset.
- Leg Quarters (Thigh and drumstick, along with the flavorful stuff: bones, skin and bright yellow fat.) Versatile and nutrient-rich; great for Cacciatore, BBQ, Southern Fried or whatever suits you.
- Chicken Wings (approx. 5lbs per bag.) Get your buffalo sauce ready. Deep fry, bake, or do that weird slow cooker routine that made those "Tailgate Wings" so famous.
- Chicken Sausage (Roasted Garlic, Italian or Plain Ground. 1lb per package, bulk) Brown in a skillet, serve over a salad or pasta. Or, make patties and serve instead of hamburgers. Great substitute for beef or pork whether for health or flavor, you can't go wrong.
- Chicken Pot Pie (Nom.) Like that college boyfriend who wasn't quite take-home-to-parents material. Warm and comfortable, it's always there when you need it.
