Crowd pleasing snack that disappears quickly! Tastes like potato chips-but it's packed with way more nutrition. Very easy to make. Special thanks to Kim Tucci for sharing this great recipe with all of us!
Line 2 baking sheets with patchment paper. Arrange racks on upper and lower third of oven. Preheat to 300F.
Remove the stems and ribs from the kale and compost. Tear into 2-inch pieces. Rinse. Pat dry, removing all water.
Spread the kale over the baking sheets in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil then rub oil in with hands to ensure kale is coated evenly. Or use an olive oil spray to evenly coat. Sprinkle with salt and any desired seasonings.
Bake for 10 minutes. Rotate sheets adn bake for 10 or 12 minutes untile chips are dry, crispy anf evenly baked.
