Steps
Day 1:
Place whole chicken in a crock pot and rub with fresh herbs, olive oil, and salt.
Cook on low for at least 8 hours until desired tenderness. Serve slices of meat with fresh salad with favorite dressing.
Day 2:
Place shredded left over chicken meat into a bowl. Add desired mayonaise, mustard, celery, onion to obtain preferred texture.
Serve on favorite bread and cheese with lettuce and tomato.
Day 3:
In a large stock pot, boil chicken carcass, slow cooker gelatin, bayleaf, and parsley. Allow to simmer for one hour.
Strain the stockpot contents. Pick any remaining chicken off of the carcass and add to strained broth.
Add egg noodles or rice, greens, carrots, celery, corn, greenbeans, and salt.
