Chicken and Broccoli Pasta
Quick, nutritious weekday meal recipe! Thanks to Shelly (Marino) Sollohub for teaching us how to keep this dish going in the family. CSA members can enjoy this any week during the CSA season!
Add about 1/3 of a cup of olive oil, minced garlic, and onion to a pan. Saute until garlic starts to brown and onions start to become translucent. Make sure there is plenty of olive oil since this will be your sauce for the pasta.
Add chicken to the oil and saute until its alomst cooked.
Finish cooking chicken by adding fresh broccoli or kale.
Toss into your favorite cooked pasta (we enjoy this with penne or spaghetti)

broccoli or kale
2-3 minced garlic cloves
