Mexican Salsa

Introduction
Cooked traditional salsa. You will never go back to the can once you realize how easy salsa is to make! You can use this to pair with your favorite taco recipe or to dip in chips!
Steps
Simmer tomatoes and jalapeno in a pot of water. Wait for the tomatoes to split to know when these are ready.
Add tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, cilantro and salt to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Allow to chill. Enjoy!
